Two Food Establishment Closures in King County: Mobile Lechon and Spiced Truly Chinese Cuisine
King County, Washington sent this bulletin at 08/14/2015 11:34 AM PDTMobile Lechon located at 25436 111th Ave SE, Kent was closed by a Public Health food inspector on August 13, 2015 at 1:20 pm due to operating without a valid food business permit.
Spiced Truly Chinese Cuisine located at 1299 156th Ave NE, #135, Bellevue was closed by a Public Health food inspector on August 13, 2015 at 3:30 pm due to the following food safety violations:
- Imminent health hazard - red critical violations in excess of 90 points
- Poor personal hygiene: hands not washed as required
- Handwashing sinks inaccessible
- Improper cold holding of potentially hazardous foods (PHF
- Improper cooling of PHF
- Foods not protected from cross-contamination
- Toxic items not properly used
The above two establishments will be reopened once each of their inspectors confirm that all issues have been resolved.
