Sound Transit Begins Nighttime Work Next Week Construction work continues in Kenmore as Sound Transit builds out the infrastructure for the upcoming Stride S3 Line. Starting Monday, May 18, plan for temporary lane closures on SR 522 between 61st Avenue NE and 80th Avenue NE from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. This work is expected to last for two months. ADA Accessibility Improvements in Kenmore An ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) upgrade project began this week to address some deficiencies with sidewalks and curb ramps in south Kenmore. Construction work will be focused near Arrowhead Elementary and east of Juanita Drive. The project is expected to be complete by the end of June. For questions, email lfowler@kenmorewa.gov. |
