You may have heard that I’ll be leaving Kenmore at the end of this month and will be managing a city in browner pastures (eastern Washington).  While I may be jumping ship, I hope you’re still on board and buckled in as the City continues to make progress in several key areas. The More Your Know: Housing Edition Part I
The city council’s second priority is to preserve and increase availability of all types of housing and this is an important topic for our community. The City is committed to providing information to our community to answer commonly asked questions and increase awareness of local housing issues. Over the next few weeks, the City will be sharing series of informational posts about housing and we hope this information is helpful as we all build a common understanding of housing issues in Kenmore. Join the City of Kenmore and the Bothell Kenmore Chamber for the Kenmore State of the City Address on March 28 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Lodge at St. Edward Park. Kenmore City Councilmembers, Mayor Nigel Herbig, and Interim City Manager Stephanie Lucash will be presenting a review of the last year, the current state of affairs, and a peek at exciting things ahead for the Kenmore community. It's International Women's Day and Women's History Month in Kenmore
March 8 is International Women's Day! The City of Kenmore is celebrating all month and the City Council recently proclaimed March as Women's History Month in Kenmore.
