The PEBB Program's Annual Open Enrollment (OE) is from November 1 through 30.
2022 Pre Open Enrollment Trainings
Outreach and Training will offer both in-person and webinar Pre OE training to BAs this fall. Each training will cover new rules and benefit changes as well as reminders, tips, and resources to assist you throughout the OE period.

In-person training will be available in the following locations:
- Spokane, Monday, October 10, 3-4:30 p.m.
- Pasco, Tuesday, October 11, 3-4:30 p.m.
- Yakima, Wednesday, October 12, 3-4:30 p.m.
- Wenatchee, Thursday, October 13, 3-4:30 p.m.
- Vancouver, Monday, October 17, 3-4:30 p.m.
- Olympia, Tuesday, October 18, 3-4:30 p.m.
- Bellingham, Wednesday, October 19, 3-4:30 p.m.
- Bellevue, Thursday, October 20, 3-4:30 p.m.
The webinar will take place on Friday, October 14, 1-2:30 p.m.
The same information will be shared in each training, so you only need to attend one.
Register for Pre OE Training
Registration links for both in-person and webinar training are available on the Training schedule page of the PEBB BA (Perspay) website.
Webinar registration will continue to be completed through Zoom.
Registration for in-person training will be completed through email. In the email, you will be asked to provide your name, phone number, and the name/number of your agency/employer group. After we have received and processed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing details about the location of the training.
If you are unable to attend a training, a recording of the webinar will be made available on the Training materials page.
2022 Annual Open Enrollment Benefits Fairs
In addition to the Virtual Benefits Fair, the Health Care Authority will host the following in-person benefits fairs:
- Spokane Community College, Tuesday, November 1, 12-3 p.m.
- Pasco, Columbia Basin College, Wednesday, Nov. 2, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Yakima Convention Center, Thursday, November 3, 12-3 p.m.
- Wenatchee Valley College, Friday, November 4, 12-3 p.m.
- Vancouver, Clark College, Monday, November 7, 12-3 p.m.
- Olympia, Lacey Community Center, Tuesday, November 8, 12-3 p.m.
- Bellingham, Western Washington University, Wed., Nov. 9, 12-3 p.m.
Additional information will be provided as we approach annual open enrollment. Employees will be notified of the benefits fair dates in the October For Your Benefit newsletter.
Website refresh correction
All Health Care Authority associated websites, including the Perspay and PEBB employee websites, will be refreshed on September 13. A previous message mistakenly noted that the refresh occurred on July 26.
Registration remains available for training on how to navigate the refreshed PEBB BA (Perspay) website on September 15 and 16.
