SEBB Program Rulemaking Notice

The Health Care Authority (HCA) filed two rule adoption notices with the Office of the Code Reviser on June 22, 2022. The notices were published in the Washington State Register (WSR) on July 6, 2022, as WSR 22-13-168 and WSR 22-13-170.

HCA is sending you this rule making notice to let you know about changes to rules associated with enrollment procedures, eligible school employees and their dependents, and appeals practices and procedures for the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program.

Changes to final rules

There were no changes between the proposed rules and the final adopted rules.

Effective dates

These rules become effective January 1, 2023.
