PEB Board approves four resolutions

On April 14, 2022, the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEB Board) met virtually. The meeting was open to the public via Zoom.

For a summary of the board meeting, see the full announcement. The Board approved four policy resolutions:

2022-01: Employees returning to work from active duty
2022-02: Employees may waive enrollment in dental
2022-03: Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plan enrollment during gap month
2022-04: Deferring PEBB retiree insurance coverage when the subscriber becomes eligible for the employer contribution

The Board also heard presentations regarding proposed rule changes, specific proposals of possible future Uniform Dental Plan benefit changes, legislation passed this spring, and updates on the PEBB Modernization Project.
