PEB Board considers new policy resolutions

On March 10, 2022, the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEB Board) met virtually. The meeting was open to the public via Zoom.

For a summary of the board meeting, see the full announcement. The meeting included an introduction of four proposed policy resolutions:

  • 2022-01: Employees returning to work from active duty
  • 2022-02: Employees may waive enrollment in dental
  • 2022-03: Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plan enrollment during gap month
  • 2022-04: Deferring PEBB retiree insurance coverage when the subscriber becomes eligible for the employer contribution

The Board also heard presentations regarding the Uniform Medical Plan prescription drug program, possible Uniform Dental Plan benefit changes, legislation passed this spring, the supplemental legislative budget, and the procurement and benefit planning cycle.
