FSA and DCAP open enrollment also extended until November 23

Yesterday, the Health Care Authority decided to extend the SEBB Program open enrollment by one day, until 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, November 23, due to a system issue in SEBB My Account.

Although the online enrollment system for Navia Benefit Solutions (the administrator for SEBB’s Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement [FSA], Limited Purpose FSA, and Dependent Care Assistance Program [DCAP]) wasn’t affected, Navia Benefit Solutions will also be extending its open enrollment through 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, November 23.

We ask that you forward the message below to your employees through your regular internal communications methods as soon as possible.


FSA and DCAP open enrollment extended until November 23

Due to a recent system issue in SEBB My Account, HCA decided to extend open enrollment one more day, until 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, November 23. This will allow all SEBB Program subscribers extra time to make their open enrollment changes.

Although the online enrollment system for Navia Benefit Solutions (the administrator for SEBB’s Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement [FSA], Limited Purpose FSA, and Dependent Care Assistance Program [DCAP]) wasn’t affected, Navia Benefit Solutions will also extend its open enrollment through 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, November 23.

You can enroll in these benefits on Navia Benefit Solutions’ website through 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, November 23. All changes are effective January 1, 2022.
