The Health Care Authority will extend the SEBB Program open enrollment by one day, until 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, November 23.

Due to a system issue in SEBB My Account, about 2,500 SEBB Program subscribers were not able to make open enrollment changes between midnight and 8:41 a.m. today, the last day of SEBB’s open enrollment. We have resolved this issue.

Of the approximately 2,500 SEBB Program subscribers who were not able to make changes, we have email addresses for only about 1,000 of them, and have reached out to them directly to ensure they know the system is working now. We have also contacted those affected employees’ school districts directly. However, we want to make sure we communicate the deadline extension as widely as possible to our members.

We ask that you forward the message below to your employees through your regular internal communications methods as soon as possible. We are also communicating this extension to our labor partners, on our website, and through social media.
