To enhance communication and awareness, we are providing GovDelivery notifications to alert Benefits Administrators (BAs) on the details of updates to SEBB My Account (SMA). We believe these notifications will provide better awareness of the developmental efforts to improve SMA and perhaps allow BAs to prioritize issues based on more up-to-date knowledge of the issues being addressed within the program. See below for details on the latest update to SMA implemented Thursday 6/17/21:

SOE Verification – All SOE events will now display on the SOE Verification page, whether they are in draft status, or have been submitted by the subscriber.

SOE Submit button – Additional improvements have been made to ensure subscribers can submit their SOE request. This includes updates to the Gain or Lose Eligibility for Medicare SOE event, as well as the Court Order or National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) SOE event.

Newly Eligible Enrollment - Coverage elections page was not loading for newly eligible subscribers. This issue has now been resolved.

Subscribers eligible after Self-Pay Coverage - Subscribers who were previously enrolled in SEBB coverage, then enrolled in self-pay coverage, and now are eligible for SEBB coverage again were being blocked from being added into SMA. This update now allows previous subscriber record to be claimed.

Re-adding a dependent in SMA - When subscriber tries to add a dependent with a previous relationship end date, SMA will now allow subscriber to reactivate the dependent.
