Manufacturers: Drug Price Transparency year one listening session

The Health Care Authority (HCA) sends you this notification in hopes that you will attend our upcoming Drug Price Transparency (DPT) year one listening session. This will be your opportunity to share your experiences as a reporting entity with HCA.

First things first…

We at HCA want to thank you for your cooperation as we launched this required program in 2020/2021 amongst other incredible challenges and changes. It was not easy, and we could not have been successful without your assistance and input.

As you may remember, HCA held early stakeholder input sessions in early 2020 as we set forth to layout the DPT program roadmap and requirements. We are now a year into program implementation, and we want to hear from you.

The listening session

The manufacturer session will be completely virtual as opposed to the former stakeholder sessions which had an in-person option. You must register in advance to be able to attend and participate.

Date and time: July 22, 2021 9:00 a.m. (Pacific)

If you cannot attend the listening session but would like to ask questions or make a comment, please email us by 5 p.m. (Pacific) July 15. Your question or testimony will be read at the meeting.
