ACHs earn full incentives for July–December 2020

After a rigorous independent assessment process, all nine Accountable Communities of Health (ACHs) will earn their full incentive for the second half of demonstration year 4 of the Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP). Incentives earned are for July through December 2020 for:

Demonstrating progress on updated implementation work plans and/or COVID-19 impacts and mitigation strategies.
Milestone achievement through semi-annual reporting.

Earned incentives for this reporting period total more than $42 million. With these funds, ACHs can continue working with partnering providers on health transformation efforts. To learn how ACHs are helping transform Washington’s health and wellness system:
