SEBB My Account billing file delayed

We discovered an issue with the billing file that was scheduled for posting in SEBB My Account on May 16.  It will need further research, resolution and testing before we can post it for your use. We anticipate posting this billing file by Friday, May 21 or sooner, if possible.  We will send an update early next week to keep you posted.

It is our goal to provide accurate monthly billing files to avoid account adjustments later. Thank you for your patience as we work through this.
