Revised SEBB billing file now available

Last night, we posted two files to address the issue in the billing file originally posted on December 17 to SEBB My Account. These files resolve the additional issue we discovered last Wednesday.

In our December 17 email, we provided you two options. The file you use going forward depends on which option you chose.

  • If you did NOT use the December 17 file, you should use the billing file labeled as 2020-12-22_full_rerun_A600XXX_billing.txt. This is the first file you will see in the selected billing file dropdown menu. It is a complete replacement of the December 17 file, and includes any regular changes to employee accounts that may have occurred since we generated the original billing file.
  • If you used the December 17 file, you likely will need to make additional corrections based on the billing file labeled as 2020-12-22_changes_only_A600XXX_billing.txt. This is the second file you will see in the selected billing file dropdown menu. It contains only changes to correct errors, along with any regular changes to employee accounts that may have occurred since we generated the original billing file.
