HCA extends public comment period for MTP one-year extension and amendment

Last week, Health Care Authority (HCA) sent out this announcement, inviting you to provide public comment on our draft one-year extension and draft amendment proposal for the Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP).

We’re extending the public comment period

We revised the proposal, which provides additional clarity on certain programmatic aspects like quality assurance, evaluation, and fiscal estimates. Because of these revisions, the public comment period will be extended to Sunday, December 13, 2020. This allows 30 days to comment on the updated information.
