Instructions for troubleshooting SEBB My Account subscriber access

  1. For subscribers that do not recall their previous SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account username:
    • From within SMA, click on ‘Log into SEBB My Account’
    • Subscriber is directed SAW, click on ‘Forgot username’
    • Enter email address and username will be emailed.
  2. For subscribers that forgot their password:
    • From within SMA, click on ‘Log into SEBB My Account’
    • Click on Forgot your password. Subscriber will be provided with instructions on resetting password via email address registered in SAW.
  3. If a subscriber cannot access their previous SAW account and cannot recall their security question answers, the benefit administrator will need to verify the subscriber and complete the following:
    • As a benefit administrator that has ‘Access Management’ user role, from ‘Manage Subscribers’:
      • Look-up subscriber
      • Once subscriber is located select ‘Disassociate this subscriber account?’
      • Subscriber will be able to login with new SAW account and select new security questions/answers.
