SEBB Program rulemaking notice

The Health Care Authority (HCA) has filed with the Office of the Code Reviser the following Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR-101):

Washington State Register (WSR) 20-09-119 opens chapters 182‑30,182‑31, and 182-32 Washington Administrative Code (WAC) so HCA can conduct a review of School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program rules.
WSR 20-09-120 opens WAC 182-30-060 so HCA can review SEBB Program error correction rules.
WSR 20-09-121 opens WAC 182-30-130 so HCA can review enrollment and eligibility rules for SEBB Organizations engaging in local negotiations for SEBB Program benefits.
WSR 20-09-122 opens WAC 182-31-040 so HCA can review eligibility rules for school employees.

In addition to reviewing SEBB Program rules for technical corrections and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, HCA will consider amending, repealing, or adopting rules as described in the WSRs linked above.
