SEBB My Account updates

The following updates were made to SEBB My Account Monday evening, April, 6 2020:

  • Newly eligible employees, who were previously in the system as dependents, saw defaults on the Summary of Coverage Elections tab even though elections were made. The actual elections are now visible.
  • The open enrollment banner has been removed, there is now a link to the newly eligible section.
  • The report for benefit election status by employee was showing multiple rows for the same employee in some places – this has been fixed.
  • A special open enrollment event now cannot be verified until the month of the event date is reached.
  • The "Benefit eligibility date” field is now called “Date of eligibility”
  • Employees who were termed and then became eligible again were unable to elect as newly eligible, this has been fixed so they can now elect.
