1-800 retiree Customer Service line

We are receiving an increase number of calls from school employees on the 1-800 retiree Customer Service line regarding dependent verification denial letters they received from the SEBB Program.

The 1-800 Customer Service retiree line is only available to retirees, PEBB and SEBB Continuation coverage enrollees. Staff do not have access to SEBB My Account and cannot answer questions from employees regarding the denial reasons.

Please remind your employees to follow the appeal process if they have been denied. The appeal form is available on the HCA website and linked in this email.

  • 2020 Billing Dates can be found on page 5
  • 2020 Plan Codes can be found on page 6
  • File Specifications can be found on pages 8-9
  • FSA/DCAP and FSA/DCAP Admin fee remittance information can be found on page 13
