ACHs achieve transformation milestone

After a rigorous assessment process, the state's contracted independent assessor, Myers & Stauffer, announced its approval of the implementation plans, submitted on October 1 by the nine Accountable Communities of Health (ACH).

The assessment concluded the implementation plans described, in sufficient detail, the work steps and approaches necessary to meet required milestones by 2021 - the end of the transformation period.

This achievement enables the ACHs to earned the full amount, up to $26 million statewide, of project incentives associated with this milestone. These funds will support the ACHs' continuing health transformation efforts. Funds will be distributed in the second quarter of 2019.
