five-year Healthier Washington Medicaid Transformation effort.

HCA is seeking provider participation in its annual value-based payment survey.
The survey assists HCA in tracking progress toward the statewide goal of paying
for value-based care, rather than paying for volume of care. It also provides
valuable insight into the challenges providers face when considering adopting
new payment arrangements and inform HCA's efforts to support the provider
community.

Barbe's experience includes nine years as the executive director of the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington. Prior to that, she was the executive director of Community Choices and president of the Northwest Region for Kaiser Permanente.
