You are receiving this notice because you signed up to receive alerts for any rulemaking that occurs to one or more of the following rules.

Preproposal - Notice of Intent (CR101)

182-512-0550 SSI-related medical - All other excluded resources
182-512-0700 SSI-related medical - Income eligibility

Purpose: The agency plans to replace references to Retirement, Survivors, Disability Insurance (RSDI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) with Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI). This change is to provide consistent references to the OASDI benefits provided under Title II of the Social Security Act in the agency’s SSI-related income and resource rules for Medicaid. Both of these WACs refer to the same three types of benefits that the Social Security Administration (SSA) pays to eligible beneficiaries. A person who receives one or more of these cash payments is automatically related by category to one or more Medicaid eligibility groups. A common term for these SSA benefits is the OASDI program.  (WSR 18-15-036)

Permanent Adoption (CR103P)

182-526-0284 Orders of default
182-526-0285 Orders of dismissals

Purpose: The agency is revising WAC 182-526-0284 and -0285 to be consistent with WAC 182-526-0290. (WSR 18-15-088)

Emergency Adoption (CR103E)

182-531-0425 Collaborative care

Purpose: The agency is creating rules for coverage of a new model of care called Collaborative Care, which is part of the integration of mental health and physical health. This continues the current emergency filing under WSR 18-08-017, filed March 23, 2018, which is set to expire on July 21, 2018. The text does differ from the previous filing. The agency added to the list of professionals who may participate. (WSR 18-16-007)
