Proposal - Public Hearings (CR102)

182-526-0284 Administrative Hearings Orders of default
182-526-0285 Administrative Hearings Orders of dismissal

Purpose: The agency is revising WAC 182-526-0284 to: (1) Clarify that the notice of default includes a notice of inquiry, (2) Add that an order of default becomes a final order by operator of law, (3) If an appellant fails to appear at a prehearing conference scheduled to address the petition to vacate, the order of default becomes a final order, and (4) The appellant may seek judicial review of a final order of default to the superior court. 182-503-0005 Washington Apple Health - How to apply

Purpose: The agency is amending these rules to include Tailored Supports for Older Adults (TSOA) in subsection (5). The agency is also amending the rules to clarify both who may apply and language regarding the application process for these programs, and to update a website. In addition, the agency added a new subsection (11) to make it clear that authorized representatives may apply on an applicant’s behalf. (WSR 18-07-060)

Purpose: The agency is amending sections of Chapter 182-502A WAC, Program integrity, to add and update definitions, references, and processes. The agency is adding new WAC 182-502A-1001, Program integrity activity – Metrics, to explain the process of annual reporting of program integrity metrics. Changes were made to comply with new legislative requirements under RCW 74.09.195 and Substitute House Bill (SHB) 1314, for clarification, and for housekeeping purposes. New WAC 182-502A-1001, Program integrity activity - Metrics, is being added to comply with RCW 74.09.195 (2)(b) and SHB 1314, Laws of 2017, Chapter 242, Sec. 1. (WSR 18-07-050)
