Updated fee schedules for durable medical equipment and other supplies

Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

Effective for claims with dates of service on and after January 1, 2018, the Health Care Authority (HCA) has updated rates on the following fee schedules:

Complex rehabilitation technology;
Durable medical equipment, including Other DME and Standard wheelchairs and accessories;
Home infusion therapy/parenteral nutrition;
Nondurable medical supplies and equipment; and
Respiratory care

Note: HCA has corrected some of the fee schedules since the initial date they were posted, so DME suppliers should download the most current versions of the above fee schedules.

HCA updated the rates to comply with section 503 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016 and section 5002 of the 21st Century Cures Act of 2016.
