Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

Effective for claims with dates of service on and after October 1, 2017, Washington Apple Health (Medicaid), administered by the Health Care Authority, has updated the Fee-for-Service (FFS) Preferred Drug Lists (PDL).

The list was updated to include Mavyret™ and Vosevi™ as preferred products and to remove Victrelis® because it is no longer manufactured.
