Performance measures public comment period is now open

In 2017, the Performance Measures Coordinating Committee (PMCC) convened two workgroups to consider changes to the Common Measure Set to address care coordination and population health.

Several measures have been proposed for inclusion in the Common Measure Set starting in 2018. To learn what the recommended measures are, please review these background documents:

The PMCC is seeking public comment before taking action to finalize the set of measures on December 18, 2017. There are two ways to submit your feedback:

The public comment periods ends on Friday November 24, 2017.
