Apple Health (Medicaid): Provider Alert

Ambulance transportation providers can now use the new HCA Ambulance Transportation Matrix.

This matrix serves as a quick reference to determine documentation requirements for electronically submitting claims. The matrix addresses both emergent and non-emergent transportation services.
