Pharmacy Point-of-Service (POS) Temporary Outage – April 15th
The HCA Pharmacy Point-of-Service (POS) system will be unavailable beginning at 12:30 a.m. PST for approximately 60 minutes on Saturday, April 15th, due to scheduled maintenance. Pharmacies will be unable to submit claims during this timeframe.
This outage does not affect faxed authorization requests
This outage affects claim submission and processing only. The Pharmacy Authorization fax line will still be available to receive faxed authorization requests at 1-866-668-1214.
