Apple Health (Medicaid): Provider Alert
Pharmacy Point-of-Service (POS)
Temporary Outage – April 15, 2017
The HCA Pharmacy Point-of-Service (POS) system will be
unavailable from 12:30 a.m. to 2:30 am PST on Saturday, April 15th, due to
scheduled maintenance. Pharmacies will be unable to submit claims during this
timeframe.
This outage does
not affect faxed authorization requests
This outage affects claim submission and processing
only.The Pharmacy Authorization fax
line will still be available to receive faxed authorization requests at
1-866-668-1214.
