The Healthier Washington Practice Transformation Support Hub is partnering with the Advancing Integrated Mental Health Solutions (AIMS) Center at the University of Washington to provide a free spring learning series on bi-directional integration for primary care organizations. Led by faculty and staff at the AIMS Center, this learning opportunity will be uniquely tailored to address integration in a primary care setting.

Participants will work in small cohort groups starting in mid-April and come together remotely for five informational webinars and discussions moderated by AIMS faculty and staff and Qualis Health practice coaches. Learning activities for practices and ongoing technical assistance will also be provided between sessions.

This spring learning series includes separate cohorts for primary care organizations and behavioral health groups.
