Preproposal - Notice of Intent (CR101)

Chapter 182-60, Patient Decision Aids, (WSR 17-07-125)
Purpose: The agency is revising the rules governing the certification process for patient decision aids to add more guidance and specificity.

Be informed however!  The Health Care Authority is not responsible for the accuracy of email addresses provided by those wanting to receive notification of regulation changes.  If an email is returned as “unknown” or “invalid,” the email address will be removed from the notification list.
