Permanent Adoption (CR103P)

182-503-0050, Verification Requirements, (WSR 17-06-007)
Purpose: The agency amended the process it uses to verify eligibility for Washington apple health programs. 

Emergency Adoption (CR103E)

182-546-4600, Involuntary SUD Transportation, (WSR 17-06-023)
Purpose: The agency is creating a new section (-4600) under Chapter 182-546 WAC for ambulance transportation for involuntary substance use disorder treatment as directed by the Washington State Legislature in Engrossed Third Substitute House Bill 1713, also known as the Ricky Garcia Act. This continues the emergency rule filed under WSR 16-22-031.

Be informed however!  The Health Care Authority is not responsible for the accuracy of email addresses provided by those wanting to receive notification of regulation changes.  If an email is returned as “unknown” or “invalid,” the email address will be removed from the notification list.
