(WSR 17-04-099) Purpose: The agency is amending Chapter 182-535 WAC, Dental-related services, and Chapter 182-535A WAC, Orthodontic services, to clarify or change coverage limits and to remove some prior authorization requirements.

Proposal - Public Hearings (CR102)

182-538A-130, 182-538A-190, FIMC Enrollment Correction,  (WSR 17-04-054)
Purpose: Changes to these rules are necessary because the agency is delegating third-party activities to managed care organizations.
