Purpose: The agency is revising this chapter to align with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) new covered outpatient drug rule, CMS-2345-FC.

Chapter 182-558, Premium Payment Program, (WSR 17-03-014) Purpose: The agency is proposing new rules that will provide parameters for program operations of the premium payment program.
