Apple Health (Medicaid): Provider Alert

The agency is updating the Sterilization Supplemental Billing Guide and the Family Planning Billing Guide and will publish the updated guides shortly. There will be no policy changes. The information in the guides is being reorganized for clarity, conciseness, and consistency with current clinical standards and policies. The agency will send another Provider Alert when the updated guides are published. Questions may be directed to familyplanning@hca.wa.gov.
