On August 1,
2016, the Health Care Authority (HCA) will launch a brand new hca.wa.gov. We
redesigned from the ground up—with you in mind. Our primary goal is to help
you, our website users, get what you need quickly and easily no matter what
device you use.
What will the new site be like?
The new site is:
- Clean and bright.
- Mobile-friendly.
- User-friendly.

Simplified.
You’ll have quick access to your top tasks, content that is
easier to scan and read, and an enhanced search that will ensure that you find
what you’re looking for. There will also be an ongoing survey where you can
give us feedback on how we’re doing.
What should I expect next?
It takes time to
adjust to any change. To help you transition to the new site, we’ll send out a
notification on August 1 with tips for how to navigate and links to what you
use the most.
