Provider Alert
The Health Care Authority (agency) is publishing updates to its
Washington Apple Health provider guides, effective January 1, 2016.
The updated guides are located on the agency’s Provider Guides web page. The column titled Last
Published will indicate 1/1/16 if a guide has been updated. Check
the web page often, as updated guides are frequently loaded to the web page.
Note: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
continually updates current procedural terminology (CPT®). Check the agency’s program-specific fee schedules, effective
January 1, 2016, for possible code additions and deletions.
