We are writing to let you know that GovDelivery has been renamed Granicus Communications. This is the product OFM uses to communicate incidents, maintenance, and news related to OFM applications.
What this means for you:

No Disruption: You will continue to get communications from OFM for all the topics you have signed up to receive – there is no action you need to take.

New Name: You will see Granicus Communications instead of GovDelivery at the bottom of emails from OFMHelpDesk@updates.ofm.wa.gov.

Bookmarks/Favorites: If you have a bookmark or favorite for our subscriptions page that references GovDelivery in the name, you may want to update the name, but the URL has not changed.
