Are you a state employee looking to sharpen your customer experience (CX) and digital communication skills? The Department of Enterprise Services (DES), in partnership with Anthro-Tech, is offering several high-value training opportunities for state employees in 2026.

These courses are practical, hands-on, and directly applicable to the work many of us do every day, ensuring our services are human centered and accessible to all Washingtonians.

Anthro-Tech is recognized for its work in human-centered design (HCD), usability, accessibility, and customer experience. Their approach helps organizations better understand the real needs of the people they serve and create services that are more intuitive, equitable, and effective.

As Washington agencies continue strengthening CX efforts, these trainings offer valuable practical tools that can be applied across communications, digital services, operations, policy, and program delivery.

We encourage you to explore the upcoming trainings and consider how HCD principles can support stronger service delivery, increased trust, and better outcomes for both customers and employees alike!
