IMPORTANT!
The Crystal Report option in Report Portal should not be used until further notice. OFM continues to look into this issue. Please use another option to run (or schedule) your report such as PDF or Excel otherwise you will receive an "Unable to process your request” error.
OFM has fixed the following issues. If you do not see these fixes, please clear your browser cache then refresh the BI Launchpad login screen.
- The "Forgot password, User name, or Enable your account" link is now available from the BI Launchpad login screen.
- The custom logo on the BI Launchpad login screen now displays.
- Sessions will no longer timeout sooner than expected.

OFM is aware of the following issues that are a result of an unexpected problem during the SAP Business Objects upgrade on 5/22/26:

Users are unable to reset their password from the BI Launchpad (WebI).
- The ability to change your password, forgot your password, and custom logo are missing from the BI Launchpad login screen.
- Until fixed, a workaround to reset your password or obtain your user name is to go directly to the or contact the for assistance. An update will be sent once this issue is fixed.

The Crystal Report option is not working from the Report Portal.
- If you run a report in Reporting Portal using the Crystal Report option, you will receive an “Unable to process your request” error. You will need to use a different format such as PDF or Excel when running a report in Reporting Portal.
- If you have recurring reports using the Crystal Report, you will need to reschedule them using PDF or Excel.
- The Crystal Report option works as expected in the BI Launchpad (WebI) and could be an option if you need to generate a report in Crystal Report format.
