New Task Type for Monitoring of Tasks
Task Type 47 (Career Seasonal End) has been added to Monitoring of Tasks (IT0019). The Career Seasonal End definition can be found on the HRMS Data Definitions web page and in HRMS F1 Help.
Enhancements to Payroll Cutoff Error Messages
A new error message will now display on the Payroll Cutoff Errors. The following errors will now display for employees with the following:
- INVALID BIZ.AREA(XXXX)/PERS.AREA(XXXX) DATA ON INFOTYPE 0001 – MM/DD/YYYY - MM/DD/YYYY RECORD – This error indicates an employee has a mismatch between their Personnel Area and Business Area. Agencies receiving this error will need to work with their Organizational Management Processor to fix the error. The most likely cause of a mismatch is generally incorrect coding within the employee’s Organizational Unit data.
- ERROR WHEN CHECKING THE PAYMENT DATA [ENTER: Further detail for error] – This error indicates the employee has an issue with their Bank Details (0009) infotype data. An example of this is if the employee has an out-of-country Address (0006) and the out of country postal code, city, and country data is transferring into the Bank Details (0009) record.
