We are writing to notify Washington Workforce Analytics (WWA) users of an issue where the data loads are taking longer than usual to run, causing newer data to not be available to users when expected in the BI Launchpad (WebI).
The longer run times started after planned maintenance on 3/29/26. OFM is actively investigating the issue. Until this issue is fixed:
- OFM will post a BI Alert in WebI to keep users updated when data is delayed.
- You can view load statuses in WWA using the UDT-001 – WWA Load Status report then click the refresh button after opening:
 OFM will send an updated communication once the issue is fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue causes.
