New Wage Type for Settlement
Wage Type 1956 (Settlement - All) is now available for use when processing Settlements. The wage type is retroactive back to 5/16/2025 and is subject to all taxes (Federal and State – WA, OR, ID) and retirement.
2026 Form 941 - Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return Update
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released 2026 Form 941: Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return (Rev. March 2026) on the IRS website under Help > Forms. The IRS expects this revision to be applicable for all four quarters of 2026 and must be used beginning first quarter 2026 tax reporting. This is now available in HRMS.
941’s should be mailed on the last working day of the month, after the quarter ends (QTR 1 January through March, due April 30).
