Changes to OST Payroll Return Reports |

OFM has been notified that the Office of the State Treasurer (OST) will discontinue providing copies of the ACH Payroll Return Reports to agencies effective 6/1/2026. Agencies can pull this data by running the Corrections and Returns for Agency Action report.
Information in the Corrections and Returns for Agency Action Report is provided by the employee’s financial institution and transmitted to payroll processors through HRMS. Because HRMS does not control this data, any errors will appear exactly as reported by the financial institution. Employees and payroll processors should work directly with the financial institution to resolve any issues.
