Missing Report Headers in HRMS |

UPDATE: The issue causing the missing report headers was resolved by Microsoft. OFM has confirmed that users whose devices have received a Microsoft update from their agency after 1/23/26, should now see the report header. If your report header is still missing, please contact your agency's help desk to inquire about receiving WebView2 Runtime version 144.0.3719.93 to fix the issue.

OFM is aware of an issue where the report header is missing for some users in HRMS. After running a report, the report header located above the data returned by the report is sometimes blank rather than showing the parameters the user selected prior to running the report.
A workaround until this issue is fixed, is to use the "Print to PDF" option to see the report header. Another option is to select the Excel icon from the toolbar below the report title then click the Header tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
An update will be sent once this issue is fixed.
