Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

A friendly reminder to not send personally identifiable information (PII) in an email, screenshot, or attachment to the OFM Help Desk. PII is information identifiable to a specific person such as their full name and social security number (SSN), last four numbers of the SSN, date of birth (DOB), or banking account information. For a full list of PII, see RCW 42.56.590.

Please remove or redact PII before sending it to the OFM Help Desk. If additional information is needed, OFM will contact you to obtain the information over the phone. Thank you!
