2025 Out-of-State Employee W-2s
Some W-2’s for employees processing automated out-of-state (OOS) taxes for the State of Oregon have incorrectly included Workers Benefit Fund Assessments amounts. This is the same issue that OFM identified last year and OFM is still working on a permanent configuration fix.
For 2025 W-2’s, OFM will make manual adjustments to ensure Box 18 (Workers’ Comp Taxable Wages), Box 19 (Workers’ Comp Tax), and Box 20 (OR Workers Comp) do not include workers compensation values in them. There is no agency action needed for this issue.
