UPDATE: OFM has completed applying the 2025 SAP Support Stacks to HRMS. All impacted systems are now available. SAP Support Stack updates increase the performance of HRMS and assist in keeping the system up to date.

What is happening?
HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable on Friday, Dec. 12 at 8 p.m. until Monday, Dec. 15 at 6 a.m.
Who will be impacted?
All HRMS, MyPortal, and WWA users
How will this impact customers?
- WWA will not be loaded/refreshed as scheduled on Sunday evening. While WWA will remain available for reporting, scheduled loads will not resume until the evening of Monday, Dec. 15.
- Daily interface files (GAP files) sent to agencies will not be processed during the upgrade and will resume processing once the maintenance is completed.
- MyPortal will be unavailable to all users during the maintenance period so please consider notifying employees to plan accordingly.
