Some BI Launchpad (WebI) users are receiving the following error:  Unknown error in Semantic Layer service: Unexpected exception while calling the SL Service.

Who is impacted?

Some BI Launchpad (WebI) and WWA users.

How does this impact customers?

You may not be able to login, run reports, or modify queries until the issue is fixed.

When did the incident start?

Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 11:24 a.m.
