What is happening?
HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable on Friday, Dec. 12 at 8 p.m. until Monday, Dec. 15 at 6 a.m.
Who will be impacted?
All HRMS, MyPortal, and WWA users
How will this impact customers?
- WWA will not be loaded/refreshed as scheduled on Sunday evening. While WWA will remain available for reporting, scheduled loads will not resume until the evening of Monday, Dec. 15.
- Daily interface files (GAP files) sent to agencies will not be processed during the upgrade and will resume processing once the maintenance is completed.
- MyPortal will be unavailable to all users during the maintenance period so please consider notifying employees to plan accordingly.

Why is this maintenance happening?
